All products sold on this site are 100% Digital Intangible Goods (PDF Guides, Video Links, Spreadsheets). No physical product will be shipped to you.

• Immediate Access: Upon payment confirmation, you will receive an email with a secure link to download your training protocol.

2. License & Intellectual Property

When you purchase a FitForm Plan, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.

• You May: Save the files to your personal devices (Phone, Computer, Tablet).
• You May Not: Resell, share, distribute, or upload our PDF guides to public file-sharing websites. Unauthorized distribution is a violation of international copyright laws.

3. Disclaimer

4. Coaching & Support (VIP Tiers)

If you purchase a "Coached" or "VIP" plan:

• Support is provided via the specific channels listed in your plan (e.g., Email or WhatsApp).
• Response times may vary but are typically within 24 hours on business days.
• Abusive language towards support staff will result in immediate termination of coaching services without refund.
