Refund Policy

At FitForm Plans, we stand behind the science of our hypertrophy protocols. However, because our products are digital downloads that cannot be "returned," we have a strict but fair refund policy designed to protect our intellectual property while honoring our growth guarantee.

The "30-Day Growth" Guarantee

We offer a 100% refund if you follow our program and do not see measurable results. To prevent abuse of our digital goods, requests must meet the following "Action-Based" criteria:

  • Timeframe: You must submit your request within 30 days of purchase.
  • Proof of Effort: You must email us your Training Logs (Excel or PDF) showing that you completed at least 4 weeks of the prescribed workouts.
  • Reason: You must explain why the program did not meet your expectations.

If you meet these criteria, we will issue a full refund immediately, no questions asked.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted for the following reasons:

  • "I changed my mind" (due to the immediate nature of digital delivery).
  • "I didn't receive the email" (Contact support, and we will resend your link instantly).
  • "I don't have the equipment" (Our product pages clearly state gym/home requirements).

How to Request a Refund

Please email support@fitformplans.com with your Order ID and your Training Logs. We review all requests within 48 hours.

Chargebacks

Filing a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting our support team will result in a permanent ban from FitForm Plans and all future updates. We submit our file access logs and Terms of Service to banks as evidence of digital delivery.
